The legal entity operating Codder, its registered address, company number, VAT status, governing law and dispute-resolution venue must be supplied by Bulgarian Legion before this document is published as binding.
1. The service
Codder is an AI coding assistant that helps developers write, understand, debug and maintain software, with a specialisation in systems, database and World of Warcraft emulator development. It is provided as an online service on the plan you select.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use Codder. You must provide an accurate email address and verify it. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
One account is for one person. Do not share credentials, and do not create accounts by automated means.
3. Acceptable use
Your use of Codder is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the code, files and text you send to Codder, and of the output it produces for you. We process your content solely to operate the service: to produce responses, to store your conversations and projects, and to maintain the memories you allow.
You are responsible for having the right to submit whatever you upload. Do not upload material you are not permitted to share.
5. AI output
Codder can make mistakes. Output may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong for your specific core, branch or environment. Codder does not compile, execute or test the code it produces, and it does not connect to your servers or databases.
You must review and test any generated code before deploying it. You remain responsible for what you run.
6. Plans, billing and limits
Free and paid plans carry usage limits that are published on the pricing page and enforced by the service. Paid plans renew automatically for the interval you chose until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If a generation fails for a reason attributable to the service, the corresponding usage is returned to your allowance.

Refund policy, statutory withdrawal rights (including the EU 14-day right where it applies), tax handling and invoicing obligations need to be specified here.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Codder available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream model outages and infrastructure failures can interrupt it. No service level is promised unless separately agreed in writing.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
9. Liability

Limitation of liability, warranty disclaimers and indemnity clauses must be drafted for the operating entity and its jurisdiction. Consumer-protection rules may limit what can be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the application before they take effect. Continuing to use Codder after that point means you accept the updated terms.

World of Warcraft and Blizzard Entertainment are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. Codder and Bulgarian Legion are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment. References to emulator projects such as TrinityCore, AzerothCore and MaNGOS are descriptive; those projects are independent and are not affiliated with Codder.
